Local Shipping
Anatara provides free shipping for all orders.
Your parcel will be shipped out within 4-7 working days upon successful payment.
You will receive your parcel in 1-3 working days once we shipped out.
Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Available on unworn items within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
*Kindly note that sports bras cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
To start a Return / Exchange, please email us at hello@anatara.co with the following informations:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number
- Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
- Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired.
We provide a free return and will send you a return shipping label if your return/ exchange is accepted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will approve your refund request in 1-3 working days/ ship out your exchange item in 4-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

*Items need to be in original condition, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
*Kindly note that ANATARA will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.
If there was a mistake on your end (provided us with the wrong delivery details etc.), a re-delivery fee of SGD $5 will be charged.
Items strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange:
- Sport Bra (due to hygiene problem)
- Sales items
- Marked-down items
- Pre-order items
- Items bought during sale and/ or promotional periods
- Items bought using discount codes
